Moline Whitson
Moline is passionate about yoga, bringing sensitivity and joy to her teaching. She completed her Amrit Yoga teacher training in 2001 under Yogi Amrit Desai, founder of Kripalu and Amrit Yoga. and has studied with teachers of the Iyengar tradition. “Yoga is a personal journey toward well-being, wholeness and peace. My intention is to offer quality classes taught in an atmosphere of comapassion, self-awareness and light-heartedness. Laughter is a key ingredient to my teaching.” Additionally Moline has trained in the Martial Arts since 1984 and holds a 2nd degree black belt in Mo Duk Pai Kung Fu. and currently enjoys practicing Qigong as well as yoga.

Conrad J. (Bud) Skiba
Bud, a past marathoner and triathlete, has been exploring the benefits of Yoga since 1996 and practices yoga on a daily basis. Trained by senior Iyengar instructors, he has a lifelong interest in health and fitness. Bud credits his yoga practice with transforming his life to one of greater balance and calm. He enjoys sharing his passion for yoga and its benefits with students.

Greg Smoots
Greg Smoots began yoga studies in 1984 and teaching in 1988. To s strong Iyengar foundation he adds elements from other teachers and traditions. in 1994 he began practice and study of Insight Meditation, including extensive retreat experience. He seeks to challenge students while respecting their limits.

Laurene Mullen
Laurene Mullen loves yoga and brings her enthusiasm for this ancent art to every class. She appreciates the subtle beauty of a centered yoga practice which can transform your body and spirit. She recieved her Masters Degree in Dance from UCLA and performed with DoJump for 8 years. For 6 years she has trained in and studied Iyengar and Anusara yoga.

Marney Richards
Marney Richards has been a licensed massage therapist and teacher for over 20 years and has practiced yoga for 15 years with teachers of the Iyengar and Kripalu traditions. She loves blending what she learns from massage, teaching and yoga to help people adapt yoga to their individual bodies and needs.

Sandi Matheson
Sandi took her teacher training at Rising Sun Yoga in Michigan and studied Ayruveda, the sister science of yoga, in Califronia. By using chairs and props, she hopes to bring the benefits and joy of yoga to those seeking a more accessible and gentle approach.

Libby Ramirez
Libby has been practicing Yoga since 2000 with Iyengar instructors including both Greg Smoots and Bud Skiba. She took her teacher training with Julie Lawrence and has been teaching parent/child partner and level 1 adult classes since 2007. Libby has seen firsthand the benefits Yoga can bring to mind, body and spirit. She enjoys sharing this experience with her students of all ages and abilities.

Kathleen Porter
Kathleen Porter taught yoga for 15 years before developing a passion for natural skeletal alignment. Since then, she’s been offering workshops, classes and private instruction in how to live daily life, play sports, practice yoga — in naturally aligned ways. Chandrakant has studied and practiced yoga and meditation with Yogi Amrit Desai for over 30 years. A senior teacher and seminar leader at the Amrit Yoga Institute, he is skilled at blending his understanding and experience into simple, engaging teachings. Barry Siegel
Barry is co-owner of Harmony Yoga and a yoga practitioner for over 30 years. He has studied Sivananda Yoga and Amrit Yoga.
