Doors open 15 minutes before class.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.
Come to class with an empty stomach or having had a light meal at least one hour before.
The Studio is carpeted, air conditioned and equipped with yoga mats, blankets and all necessary props.
Refunds for the balance of the term will be given only if requested by the third class of the term.
Missed classes may be made up in any appropriate level class, or by bringing or sending a guest. Some teachers offer additional make-up possibilities.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement: gym shorts, t-shirt or tank, footless leotard or related clothing that shows movement at knees and ankles.
Please refrain from wearing street clothes, perfumes, scented lotions or oils, and dangling jewelry to class.
Tell the teacher if you have any acute or chronic health conditions, have had a recent illness or injury, or are pregnant.
As a courtesy to yourself, your teacher and other students, please arrive early enough to be ready to start class on time. Anyone arriving late kindly wait in the prop room until the chanting/breathing portion of class is complete. Thank you.
